Trampled by Horses

Yesterday was a busy day that left me grouchy. It also may be due to coming home to a messy house...sigh...or it's in the blood.

I finally got my blood drawn yesterday morning for all the blood work I need done. I had to fast (which is why I had to wait until yesterday) and it sucked hairy goat balls. I do NOT do well without food for any length of time--seeing that I don't have much extra fat to sustain me. Even though I left early and had breakfast as soon as I came home around 10ish...I didn't fully recover and feel better until I had lunch.

We took Mic to the dentist for his fillings. Sigh...I had to deal with that and being woozy from the blood draw (we went to lunch after the dentist). Mic couldn't sit still and keep his mouth open while breaking in the nitrous oxide--so we were refered to a ped dentist for sedation to work on his teeth. He has three very minor carries that are quite shallow but need to be attended to before the get worse.

Then we all went to lunch at Micc's favourite place in the universe, McDonald's. I felt much better getting some food in me...lol if I can call it food.

At dinner time we met up with my Dad who is in town for business at Zios and spent a nice two hours eating and talking. Mic spent most of the time playing tic-tac-toe with Grandpa. It was cute.

When we got home I descended into a FEP mood. I just wanted to be left alone and knit. Thankfully J. had them in the office most of the evening. Yeah they were driving him nuts, but it was better him than me.

Today I plan to work on the house--work out some frustration on some dishes.

I really hope the blood work shows something because I hate feeling I like I am being trampled by horses daily.
