Park Day!

It was such a beautiful day today...not a cloud in the sky...the sky a beautiful shade of blue. And in the 90s! Insane.

We went to the park today and met up with a fellow mommy I met at my GNW knitgroup, let's call her Miss B. (and I am now in her eyes Queen Bee...which I can easily assume). She has two boys...older than Mic...one is homeschooled (q.) and one is in PS (p.) It was nice to sit and talk with an adult!! K. joined us too for a few minutes...another adult! It was great. The kids had great fun and it tired them out. Yipee! Of course now they need baths...grin...it's about time I guess.

It got hot on the way home so I sat on the couch and started picking up stitches for the spring sweater...after asking my knit groups friends...I decided to follow my original plan and knit it in green. I am on the first row of that...and I am exhausted...that walk took it out of me. I need to get into better shape...it's so sad. But it didn't help it was hot. Some how I am going to need to get an earlier start and head out to the park before noon...so I avoid the heat.
