Simply the best

It's amazing how simple food can be the best and the most satisfying food. I have very recently become addicted to toasted slices of ciabatta bread with drizzled olive oil, a sprinkling of italian herbs and salt. It's soo good and I wish I could take a picture of it. I just love the huge holes in wish my oilive oil can hide. Like eating english muffins, but italian style.

I have always love ciabatta bread for my brie...spongy bread to soak up my melted oily brie (how I prefer my brie, because sorry cheese should be hot--or at least warm.) But now, toasted, I can never go back to regular toast.
