Someone give this man a JOB!!

This man is a prat and obviously needs a job or a hobby--just take the microphone away from him. This man is off his rocker.

Same guy that started this whole "under God" isn't fair to the atheists thingy (I really want to say crap but I won't), now said that taking that phrase isn't enough...but we gotta change the whole thing. "Because, man we can't let anyone even THINK about God even in their heads or uttering his name under their breaths!"

Maybe because I considor my self a believer in God and his son Jesus(Christian leaves a bad taste in my mouth--all the horrid things that have been done under than monniker. Nor can I say religious, because I firmly believe religion killed God), but I don't understand WHY little atheists can't just NOT say "Under God." And if little Johhny is confused, well he can go home and his Mom and Dad can do their jobs as parents and educate their child according to their beliefs. When has it ever been the domain of schools to teach children beliefs or morals?? It's a parents' job.

I like the "Under God" phrase. It makes me feel united. It reminds me that this nation was founded by believers in a higher power...it's our foundation.

But this guy has now strayed to a path that now infringes on the constitution and the free speech that we are guaranteed.

And by the by in case anyone doesn't have the first amendment at hand this is it: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.

Does it make sense that schools and government offices ban mentions of God? When it explicitly states..."Congress shall make no law...prohibiting the free exercise [of religion.]" Does it make sense that our goverment bans us from the free expression of our religion or beliefs?

Like I said before: part of the problem I think is parent's are trying to make the government raise their kids rather than taking that responsiblity on their own shoulders.
